GENERAL RETURN POLICY

In general, returns are accepted if initiated within 45 days of purchase. Please read further for details on returns by item type.

For valid returns:

• The appropriate tax amount per item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

• Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase, except in the case of purchases made with a gift card. Refunds for purchases made via gift card will be issued a store credit.

• Any special discount codes that were applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund for accepted returns.

• All returns must be unused and in original packaging, with exceptions for defective products.

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a similar product of equal price value, please return it using the return process and place a new order.

NON-VINTAGE/NON-LIMITED QUANTITY PURCHASES

If your Hotchpotch Craft purchase does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned for the purchase amount within 45 days of purchase. At this time, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Returns must be new, unused, and in original packaging, with exceptions for defective or damaged products.

Refund timeline:

• Refunds for undamaged goods will be issued once the returned item is received and processed by Hotchpotch Craft.

• Refunds for defective/damaged goods will be issued once the damages are substantiated and processed by Hotchpotch Craft customer care.

VINTAGE/LIMITED QUANTITY PURCHASES

Vintage and liquidated products are often items no longer in production, fragile, one-of-a-kind, and/or limited quantity. In order to reduce the risk of permanent damage to these unique items, we like to limit the shipping stress placed on these products. Therefore, returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Results may vary from no return to partial refund options. Full refunds will only be issued for non-returnable vintage/resale items that are deemed “damaged at first reception,” at the company’s discretion.
