FAQ

Why is my order not going through?
Are you trying to purchase and/or ship an item outside of America? If so, we cannot process your order. We only sell and ship items within the USA. If you are purchasing an item within the USA and the shipping address is within the 50 states, you are experiencing a different situation. Please contact us to troubleshoot and resolve the issue: customercare@hotchpotchcraft.com.

When will you have more of the same vintage items in stock?
It depends. Some vintage items are one of a kind and we often only have 1 such item in stock. If it’s vintage and it’s sold out, there’s a good chance we may never have it in stock again. The same applies to liquidated items that we may have in limited quantity, but will not restock because the items are no longer being produced.

I see an item in your photos but can't seem to find a product for sale that matches it. What can I do?
Contact us! If it is a handmade or crafted item, it might be temporarily out of stock or a custom order. If we no longer make or order an item in bulk, we can do a custom order if the materials are still available. See something you like, but want it in a different color? Contact us!

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are accepted before an item has shipped. We typically ship quickly, so if you have already received a notification that your item has shipped, it is too late. In that case, you would have to receive the item, send it back in the same condition as it was received, and then we would process it as a return once the item is back in our possession.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, under specific circumstances. We do not accept returns on custom/personalized orders. If you are dissatisfied with a custom order, you may contact us to request a maximum 35% refund of the item’s price. Vintage items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All returns must be initiated within 45 days of purchase. You can find our full Return Policy on the Terms of Service page.

Where else do you sell your products?
We don’t have a brick-and-mortar store (yet), but we do have a presence on Etsy. Some items are exclusive to our site and vice versa. Any price difference between the two venues is due to differences in overhead fees (i.e. marketing, shipping & listing fees). We occasionally do sell at in-person markets, but we publish those events on our site in advance.
